Attached is the syllabus for the Pregnancy 101 Course. It outlines a 3-week course that will be going over what future moms or moms-to-be would like to know about prenatal supplements, nutrient-dense foods to add to their diet, and complementary techniques to help ease the stress and aches/pains pregnancy tends to do to the woman's body.
